How do I make a purchase online?
|You can find products either by category or by searching, if you have an idea what you are looking for. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, and then proceed to the checkout. If you're a new customer, you'll be asked to provide your name and address. If you're an existing customer, you can choose to log in which will call up your stored name and address preferences.

|Who can and can't use your products?||The majority of our products are not recommended for persons under the age of 18. The following statements apply to the majority of products - please refer to the individual containers for more information. Persons taking prescription medication or antidepressants. Persons with a sensitivity to caffeine. Anyone with an expected or diagnose health condition or eating disorder, especially high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or hyperthyroidism. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating mothers.|
|When will I start to notice the effects of my products?||Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products vary from person to person and from product to product. We suggest reading customer reviews on different product pages to get an idea of what kind of results others are achieving.
|Will your products affect my medication? I have had bad reactions to supplements in the past, and/or I am pregnant.||Before embarking on a change of diet or taking any kind of tablet or supplement, please check with your doctor, GP or nurse beforehand.|
|What payment methods do you accept?||We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express and PayPal accounts. We also accept cheque by post, or cash if you visit us in-store. Send cheques payable to 'Evolution Slimming Ltd' to:

What currencies do you support?
|Our website can be viewed in a wide variety of currencies, including Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars. You can choose your preferred currency from our drop-down option at the top of the page. Orders will be charged in GBP at the checkout. Please note that orders made in foreign currency may be subject to a conversion fee by your bank.|
|Do I need to register to buy products?||
You'll be pleased to know that we don't ask to you register in order to make purchases on our website.
However, you may register if you so wish. To make it easier for returning customers, customers may register an account on our website. This enables the delivery & invoice address(es) to be saved for future reference, as repeating long addresses can be tedious.

|I want to change my order.||If you would like to change your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us with the details of the change. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you are not able to modify or change your order. It is always best to contact us in the case of an order change, and we will try out best to rectify the issue. You may return items to us unused in the same condition they arrived in if you wish to swap the items after they have been delivered.|
|I want to cancel my order.||If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.|
|Returns & Refunds||In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, any unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please include a note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and, if possible, your invoice number.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
Customers are required to pay only the price of the postage to return goods. There are no restocking or administration fees.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
|My parcel hasn't arrived yet.||
Please contact us in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered. If you requested online order tracking from us, please contact us for the parcel tracking link if you did not receive it in your email. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
