"hooray iv taken 4 of these tablets and already lost 3bls, i have tried every diet and slimming pill, iv had results with some but not as good as these, with the slimming pills i have tried b4 i cudnt sleep, felt anxious and didnt really want to socialise, but with waistline im sleeping and when i wake im full of energy :) i only take 1 a day and that seems to be enough, i need to loose about 4 stone in total, i was always hungry and thinking about my nxt meal, i can honestly say with these i do not pick and iv managed to reduce my portion size by 2/3rds, i am not hungry for the 1st time in yrs:) to anyone trying to loose weight id say give these ago :) il post a comment in 4 wks with the weight loss and i will be truthful :)"

"bought these tablets at the weekend. started taking them yesterday i only took 1 they are a very good apetite suppresant i never snacked all day and didnt really feel like eating but i still had my 3 meals so my metabolism didnt slow down. the only down fall was when i went to bed i only slept for about half an hour and i ve got a muzzy feeling in my head not sure if these are normal side effects that will go away or what. any advise on these side effects would be grateful."
