Adios contains herbal ingredients derived from Butternut (sometimes known as Juglans), Dandelion Root, Boldo and Fucus. These botanical constituents have been traditionally used in combination, as part of a calorie-controlled diet, to help people lose excess weight.

Adios works by acting on the body's metabolism: it contains a mild thyroid stimulant, which speeds up the body's metabolic rate.
