"Thought I would try these as a friend reccomended them. Started taking them on monday and dont feel hungry at all, not had the energy boost that some people have had but not had any side effects either. I have weighed myself today (thursday) and I have lost 4 pounds! I must say that I have been going on my exercise bike and drinking lots of water so that has probably helped but they are definately working as an appetite depressant, I couldn't even finish my tea last night and I usually eat the lot!"
