How can I find products in your shop?

You can find products either by category or by searching, if you have an idea what you are looking for. The search function is always at the top right of the page. Otherwise, all products are sorted into categories on the left hand menu. Products are arranged in no particular order.

I can't view certain sections of your website, why?

Some multimedia sections of our website, the adverts & product animations, are designed to run with the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed. Whilst most computers have this pre-installed, you may need to install it, via Adobe's support website. The software can be found here.

When will I start to notice the effects of my products?

Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products normally only take a few days, or up to a week. This does however vary from person to person and from product to product. We suggest reading customer reviews on different product pages to get an idea of what kind of results others are achieving.

Will your products affect my medication? I have had bad reactions to supplements in the past, and/or I am pregnant.

Before embarking on a change of diet or taking any kind of tablet or supplement, please check with your doctor, GP or nurse beforehand.

Do I need to register to buy products?

You'll be pleased to know that we don't ask to you register in order to make purchases on our website.

However, you may register if you so wish. To make it easier for returning customers, customers may register an account on our website. This enables the delivery & invoice address(es) to be saved for future reference, as repeating long addresses can be tedious. Please refer to our privacy policy below.

Help! I've forgotten my password!

Don't panic! Email us and we will send you a new password, as long as you can verify your details. This ensures us that no-one else can access your address. An example of detail verification would be a phone number or post code.

I want to change my order.

If you would like to change your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us with the details of the change. However, if your order has already been processed, you are not able to modify or change your order. It is always best to contact us in the case of an order change, and we will try out best to rectify the issue.

I want to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email us requesting it to be cancelled. Please include as many details as possible. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.

Refunds & Replacements

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, any unopened items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please include a short note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and, if possible, your invoice number.

Please note: Delivery costs are non-refundable. Any items returned for a refund will have the total amount refunded, minus the postage & packaging charge.

If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

Please note we cannot provide refunds for open/used products after 7 days of ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My parcel hasn't arrived yet, where is it?

Please contact us in the unlikely event of a parcel not being delivered. If you requested online order tracking from us, please contact us for the parcel tracking link if you did not recieve it in your email.
