"After some research, and some blind faith, I purchased the double pack of Acai+ in a bid to lose weight. For potential consumers, I will record here my progress and try and give regular updates. Some vital statistics: Height: 166cm Weight, 1st September 2011: 193 lbs Goal Weight, 1st December 2011: 153 Total Weight Loss Goal: 40 lbs IN 3 months Evidently, I am obese, in the lower category of obesity, but nevertheless - obese. I am going to combine these pills with a healthy (ish) diet and (some) exercise for three months. My aim is to lose, on average, 12 lbs a month. "i am only 20 years old! im not normal though i play sooo much sport and do alot of very physical activities but i am still3 stone overweight!i am very self concious about my body so to anyone who has tried this do you think it could help me lose weight, i am a size 12 but all of my friends are size 8's would it work as well on me as it does on someone who is much bigger than i am?
